  • Please note that nominations are accepted for members of the PMA, in good standing, from the Industry Champion and Corporate membership levels.
  • Please enter in the bio/description that we will show to all voting members. Include your accomplishments, position, industry experience - as well as any plans or vision that you have for the PMA in the future. You are free to campaign with your own messaging at a later date but should make sure that this paragraph is exactly what you want voters to see.
  • Max. file size: 50 MB.
    A headshot is not required, but highly recommended to help the voters recognize you from industry events, and to help them identify with you as well.
    By checking this box, I agree to be present (in person or via telephone conference) for the two meetings the Board holds in conjunction with Affiliate Summit events.
    By checking this box, I agree to join the PMA's team on Slack and participate in message threads. This includes but is not limited to voting on issues presented to the Board, sharing feedback on Council work and participating in discussions about the industry, regulation and upholding the organization's mission.
    By checking this box, I agree to participate on a Committee (current committees are Executive, Governance, Marketing, Fundraising and Membership) and work with others on the Committee to fulfill the purpose of the Committee.
