PMA 2016 Board of Directors Election Process

The self-nomination period for the PMA 2016 Board of Directors is now open.  Nominations will close on October 31, at the end of the day.

The voting period will open November 1, 2015. All Corporate (formerly Gold) and Industry Champion (formerly Platinum) members in good standing are eligible to run and vote in the new board. Five (5) board seats are open and available to fill:

  • 2 Industry Champion level seats
  • 3 Corporate level seats

The PMA holds the integrity of your vote in the highest regard. Per the board resolution passed in 2010, the final vote will be certified by both Board President Brian Littleton, and Board Secretary, Tricia Meyer.  Please feel welcome to reach out to them directly should you have any questions.

Board Makeup

The PMA board is made up of 11 people:

  • At minimum, 5 Industry Champion (formerly Platinum) level members
  • At minimum, 4 Corporate (formerly Gold) level members

For this election for the 2014 board, five (5) board seats will be available to fill:

  • 2 Industry Champion level seat
  • 3 Corporate level seats

These new board members will join the following seated board members who will serve their second year of the 2-year term:

  • Brian Littleton, President/CEO ShareASale
  • Rachel Honoway, CEO FMTC.co
  • Oliver Roup, CEO VigLink
  • Tara McCommons Vice President of Sales and Marketing, LinkConnector
  • Mike Nunez Co-Founder Affiliate Manager.com
  • Angel Djambazov co-Founder Lab6Media

Dates

October 14 – October 31 (11:59pm PST)
November 1, 2015
  • Nominees announced, and voting opens.
  • List of Nominees and their campaign statements (made available once nomination submissions have been received)
November 1 – November 15, 2015 (11:59pm PST)
  • Member voting period
  • In order to vote, members must be paid in full by noon PST November 15, 2015
November 23, 2015
  • Following the certification of results, the PMA Governance Committee will announce the new 2016 PMA Board of Directors
  • Exception: if there is a tie, a run-off will be held and dates adjusted accordingly.

October 14th through 31st, any Industry Champion or Corporate Member may nominate themselves for a seat on the 2016 Board of Directors.
