Rachel Honoway


Rachel Honoway has served in executive roles within the performance marketing space since the late 90′s, spending over a decade with KowaBunga!, just over 5 years with Lurn/Affiliate Classroom, and 4 years leading FMTC. She now operates a strategic growth firm that owns a variety of properties including the Type-A blogging conference and community.

Tricia Meyer


Owner, Sunshine Rewards

Tricia Meyer is the owner of Sunshine Rewards, Helping Moms Connect and other niche sites. She speaks and writes about topics such as monetizing blogs, managing affiliate relationships, and current events in the industry. A graduate of Indiana University School of Law, she combines her legal background and marketing experience to educate and open conversations about legal and ethical issues. As a consultant, she helps companies monetize through affiliate marketing.


Rachel Guillot


Performance Marketing Association

Rachel serves as the PMA’s Membership Coordinator and project manages many of our processes, including our PMA Councils. Her background is in creating more efficient workflow processes and she works with businesses, both for-profits and non-profits to identify and remove the barriers to effective operations systems.


Gary Kibel

Gary practices in the areas of New Media, Advertising/Marketing and Privacy law and regularly counsels clients with respect to issues such as interactive advertising, affiliate marketing, enterprise technology implementations, behavioral advertising, privacy and data security, wireless services and entertainment, joint ventures, intellectual property and laws affecting interactive businesses. Davis & Gilbert LLP’s Marketing and Advertising practice is rated in Tier 1 by The Legal 500 United States and in Band 1 by Chambers USA.



Tara McCommons

PMA Membership Committee Chair

Tara McCommons is VP of Sales and Marketing at LinkConnector—a Performance Marketing Network providing innovative technology and support for over a decade. Since beginning her career in affiliate marketing (in 2004), Tara has established a successful record in fueling revenue growth through the development and leadership of strategic partnerships. She leads a high performance sales team that plays a pivotal role in identifying new merchant and affiliate opportunities that will continually expand the LinkConnector network. Tara has been actively involved with the PMA’s Publisher Recruitment Council since 2012.


Joe Sousa

Senior Affiliate Coordinator, Fanatics

Joe has been in the affiliate industry for 18+ years on both the affiliate side and the affiliate management/merchant side. He is currently working at Fanatics.com, managing the affiliate programs for Fanatics.com, FansEdge.com, NFLShop.com, MLBShop.com, NBAStore.com, Shop.NHL.com, and a number of other properties. He has won the Affiliate Summit Affiliate Manager of the Year Pinnacle Award and two Merchant of the Year Pinnacle awards in the last 3 years.


Todd Crawford

Co-Founder & VP Strategic Inititatives, Impact, Inc.

Todd is responsible for forging and managing relationships with many of the company’s flagship advertisers, agencies, and media partners. Previously, Todd was VP Business Development at Digital River’s affiliate network, OneNetworkDirect, where he guided strategic initiatives and industry relations. In the late 1990’s, Todd helped birth the modern affiliate marketing industry as co-founder and VP Business Development of Commission Junction.


Sarah Beeskow Blay

Vice President, ShareASale

I joined the Affiliate Marketing space in 2005 when I joined ShareASale.com as a program manager.I have contributed to the industry through various speaking opportunities as a presenter at conferences and served as emcee for Affiliate Summit West 2012. Additionally, I have authored several articles for industry publications on the topic of Affiliate Marketing. In addition to the 12 years I have in Affiliate Marketing, I spent 7 years working at the non-profit, Michigan Association of Broadcasters (MAB) where I was the Director of Membership and Member Services. While at the MAB, I was also responsible for coordinating the broadcast efforts in the rollout and implementation of the Amber Alert system in the state of Michigan. I remember when the PMA was formed in 2008 and feel as strongly now as I did then that this industry needs this organization as its advocate. We need a central location not only for the member resources and education but to be a voice for our channel within the greater digital advertising space. The accomplishments put forth already are impressive and I am thrilled to be a part of the future.


Nick Cartwright

New Business Director, Awin

With 15 years’ new business experience in the affiliate channel – 10 of which spent with the Awin US Group (Awin and ShareASale) – Nick Cartwright successfully drives client acquisition efforts for the company on a regional and global scale, providing a consultative and strategic approach for prospective e-commerce partners to ensure they benefit from the full Awin US Group proposition. Nick’s comprehensive knowledge of the affiliate industry and expertise managing profitable relationships for leading global brands across all verticals is evident, with some of his larger procurements to the client portfolio including StubHub, Etsy, Hyatt and Quora.

His passion for and dedication to the affiliate channel is evident in his goals for the Performance Marketing Association, championing the performance marketing industry and how successfully the channel can drive exceptional ROI for any e-commerce business. Specifically, Nick will focus on developing a standard code of conduct and best practice guidelines to be put in to effect for affiliate networks, with special consideration on increased transparency and visibility into a network’s publisher activity. Furthermore, he will work to ensure the channel is well positioned to overcome future data policy changes, leveraging the framework Awin Global has put in to practice regarding Europe’s Global Data Protection Regulation and ePrivacy Regulation, and Apple’s Safari update Intelligent Tracking Prevention 2.0.


Sarah Johnson Dayes

Chief Client Officer, Acceleration Partners

Sarah Johnson Dayes is Acceleration Partners’ Chief Client Officer. Sarah has served on AP’s leadership team for over six years and is responsible for the success of our 85+ member Client Services team and the happiness of our clients. She owns our global client relationships and has been instrumental in shepherding the success of key client engagements including Uber, adidas, and Airbnb.

Sarah’s commitment to ongoing growth has been the driving force behind AP’s culture of encouraging innovation and creative problem-solving with all client teams and ensuring that we never stop outperforming for our clients. She is passionate about developing people and delivering excellence by building a transparent, supportive yet challenging team culture.

Prior to working with Acceleration Partners’ affiliate marketing clients, Sarah oversaw a digital strategy business unit focused on SEO, SEM, and paid social. She also has many years of early e-commerce experience, having founded a successful and innovative e-commerce retail business in 2004. Sarah holds a BA from Duke University and lives in New York City with her husband and two young children.


Maryellen Garasky

Affiliate Manager, Jane

Maryellen stumbled across affiliate marketing while she owned and operated a business with her husband. Taking the reigns of all marketing initiatives (both traditional and online), Maryellen started a hyper-local blog about things to do in her beautiful resort hometown of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho. Quickly outranking the Chamber of Commerce and Visitor’s Bureau on select relevant terms, Maryellen landed a spot at an affiliate marketing agency where she managed programs such as philosophy.com, philosophy UK, Charlotte Russe, Plastic Jungle, DownEast Basics, David’s Cookies, Roots Canada, Roots USA and more. Always a goal to work inside at an advertiser, Maryellen left the agency for Restaurant.com where she led the channel for both networked and direct affiliate partners. Maryellen is now with Jane.com, recently named the 11th fastest growing, privately held company in the United States by Inc. Magazine – and Jane is further honored to be named the #1 retailer.

Maryellen has been a member of other non-profit boards before and understands the commitment and drive it takes to move a body of volunteers ahead toward a common goal. In this case, Maryellen hopes to continue the honorable work of the PMA in advancing the performance marketing industry, as well as grow the overall knowledge of the organization and it benefits for all of us who love this channel over all other channels.


Maura Smith

Senior VP, Pepperjam

As SVP of Affiliate Marketing at Pepperjam Network, Maura Smith oversees the client and publisher relationships that drive the success of Pepperjam’s omni-channel performance marketing solutions. With over 10 years of performance marketing insight, Smith has led advertiser, agency and publisher teams, responsible for the growth and optimization of over 1,200 performance marketing programs across 200,000 publisher partnerships. Smith received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and holds an MBA from the University of Scranton.


Rick Gardiner

Founder/CEO of iAffiliate Management

Rick is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives for iAffiliate Management by bringing big ideas to life. He values iAffiliate Management’s company culture, creating an exceptional client experience, and long-standing industry relationships. Since founding iAffiliate Management in 2009, the agency has grown and joined the ranks of an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing private companies in America.

Prior iAffiliate Management, Rick was Sr. Manager of Affiliate Development at Digital River oneNetworkDirect where he was responsible for revenue growth and building key partnerships for consumer technology brands like Symantec, Logitech, Targus, and Microsoft.

When unplugged, Rick enjoys spending time with his family in their Minneapolis home. He and his wife enjoy entertaining, cooking, and spending time on (and in) the water with their two sons. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Minnesota, where he was a member of the University of Minnesota men’s swim team
