A condition of PMA membership is agreeing to abide by the highest ethical standards and best practices. I represent that I and/or my organization, its employees, officers, directors and agents will at all times act in an ethical manner that does not place the Performance Marketing Association, Inc. (“PMA”) and/or the performance marketing industry in a negative light. I represent that I and/or my organization, its employees, officers, directors and agents will abide by the bylaws, policies, rules and regulations of the PMA as established by the Board of Directors as they exist now and as they may be revised from time to time in the future. I further represent that I and/or my organization will pay all membership dues and assessments to PMA on a timely basis. I understand that any breach of the above representations may be cause for cancellation, termination, or suspension of membership in PMA, and that cancellation, suspension or termination of membership does not entitle me or my organization to a refund of any dues or assessments paid. I further understand that continuance of membership in PMA is conditional upon my meeting the requirements for annual renewal, as established by the Board of Directors. I represent that I am authorized to sign this application and that the statements herein are true to the best of my knowledge.
