All contributors to the PMA blog must agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

PMA Blog Release

I hereby grant Performance Marketing Association, Inc. (“PMA”) and its licensees, agents, representatives and assignees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use my article, blog posting, name, biographical information, photo or other contributed content (“Materials”) in connection with the operation of their businesses in any and all mediums, including without limitation, the right to copy, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate, reformat, sublicense and otherwise exploit the Materials. No compensation will be paid with respect to use of the Materials, provided that, PMA shall make reasonable efforts to properly attribute the Materials to the author.  I represent and warrant that the Materials are original and that the Materials, and the PMA’s use thereof, will not infringe upon the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law. PMA is under no obligation to use the Materials and may remove the Materials at any time.
