So far this year, the following states have introduced or are expected to introduce Affiliate Nexus Tax bills. If you are an affiliate marketer residing in any of these states, you can join the PMA’s Google Groups, which provide more detailed information and we’ll enlist your help with our grassroots campaigns. These groups are exclusive and confidential to affiliate marketers – our efforts are tracked closely by our opponents, so we keep these tactics confidential.
