The Performance Marketing Association has officially opened up the self-nomination process for the 2025 Board of Directors. All Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Industry Champion members in good standing are eligible to run.

The PMA Board is made up of 9-13 members. For this election for the 2025 board, six (6) board seats will need to be filled.

These new board members will join the following seated board members who will serve their second year of the 2-year term:

  • Sarah Beeskow Blay, Silverbean
  • Christen Evans, Spark Partnerships
  • Katie Jones, FMTC
  • Erin (Killian) Kristyniak, Partnerize
  • Jim Nichols, Exclamation Marketing
  • Sandrine Thompson, CJ

Elected members will take office January 2025.

Official responsibilities of BOD members include attending at least one monthly Zoom meeting each month (currently the 4th Thursday of each month at noon Eastern), regularly participating in the PMA Slack Channel, and participating in one executive committee (which include Fundraising, Membership, and Marketing).

All board members are expected to participate in the recruitment of new members as well as raising money for the organization.

If you have any interest in the positions, I encourage you to reach out to current and former BOD members or to me for more information. Nominations close on October 31, which will then trigger the member voting period to begin November 4.

Nominations for the Board of Directors for the 2025-2026 term.

  • Please note that nominations are accepted for members of the PMA, in good standing, from the Industry Champion, Retailer/Merchant, and Corporate membership levels.
  • Please enter in the bio/description that we will show to all voting members. Include your accomplishments, position, industry experience – as well as any plans or vision that you have for the PMA in the future. You are free to campaign with your own messaging at a later date but should make sure that this paragraph is exactly what you want voters to see.
  • Max. file size: 50 MB.
    The headshot will be included in the candidate bio page for voting.

    By checking this box, I agree to join the PMA’s team on Slack and participate in message threads. This includes but is not limited to voting on issues presented to the Board, sharing feedback on Council work and participating in discussions about the industry, regulation and upholding the organization’s mission.
    By checking this box, I agree to participate on a Committee (current committees are Executive, Marketing, Fundraising, and Membership) and work with others on the Committee to fulfill the purpose of the Committee.
