PMA Virtual Round Table: Nexus Tax and Wayfair

In light of the recent decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair, we will be holding a round table call for PMA members who would like to discuss the opinion itself, changes since the opinion, and potential upcoming changes to the affiliate marketing industry as a result of the opinion. Because so much is unknown and fluid, the call will be an opportunity to share what we are hearing across the industry and how it may impact all of us.
The call will be held Tuesday, July 24 at 11:30am Eastern and will be moderated by Executive Director Tricia Meyer and Board of Directors President Rachel Honoway.
All PMA members and their employees are welcome to attend and either listen in or actively participate with questions, comments, and concerns. Nexus tax has been a looming issue for the PMA for many years and although Wayfair does not give us a lot of definitive answers, it does give us a lot to discuss as an industry.
