Goodbye and Thank You, Rachel!
As I mentioned several weeks ago in another post, the PMA has been fortunate to have Dori come on board to help with all of our administrative needs. The down side of this is that it is because Rachel Guillot will be moving away from them. Although I am incredibly sad not to be working with Rachel day-to-day anymore, I am thrilled at the success her own company is seeing. Hopefully we will all continue to see her around the industry!
Here are a few words from Rachel:
“It has been my privilege to serve the PMA membership for the past 13 years. I have enjoyed this role and my interactions with all of you. Thank you for your many kindnesses over the years.
A few years back, my partner and I started Ginger Lee Solutions, which offers fractional operational support, with niches in finance/bookkeeping and organizational development. Earlier this year, we launched Integrated Teams, which supports companies with content-based leadership coaching programs as well as executive coaching. We are transitioning our team member Dori into the membership processes of the PMA as our company growth is demanding more of my attention.
Speaking of which, Ginger Lee Solutions has a good understanding of the unique needs of the performance marketing model and would love to visit about supporting your company. Please reach out if you want to talk more!”
The PMA will forever be indebted to Rachel for the work she has done for us for over a decade, and the organization will not look the same without her. She has been the “friendly face” of the PMA who answers questions, organizes events, and troubleshoots problems. On a personal note, my days will not be the same without Rachel on the other end of the PMA Slack. She has been an invaluable member of the team and deserves all of the wonderful things coming to her in her new adventures!
