Learn more about this week’s Featured PMA Member– Gold Member eAccountable!

What are you most excited about now that you are a PMA member?

eAccountable has been a long-term PMA member, and we love the networking opportunities as well as participating in councils! It’s a great way to meet new people and gain insights into the industry as well as grow our public speaking skills by participating in webinars. We also really value the education and resources provided by PMA.

What is your company all about and how does it work?

As an agency, we’re rooted in affiliate marketing, which is one of the most accountable channels in digital, allowing visibility into every click, conversion, etc. There are no vanity metrics – you either drive revenue or you don’t. That standard became our company DNA. We’ve expanded into every channel that helps our clients grow, such as marketplaces, SEO, paid media, creative, and data & analytics, not just to be a full-service agency, but because each channel closes a real gap in the funnel. The channels and strategies differ, but the standard doesn’t. Measurable outcomes and honest attribution mean we have a pulse on what moves the needle.

We integrate as a true partner rather than a vendor. We only win when clients do.

Our newest capability, Performance PR, is an example of this philosophy. Affiliate taught us that third-party voices (think publishers, editors, other trusted sources) are among the most powerful conversion drivers there are. PR has always known that too, but historically the impact for the channel was hard to quantify and elusive. We changed that: placements are tracked, mentions are attributed, media relationships are managed, but KPIs are measurable.

What are your core business values?

Everything we do is rooted in an unwavering dedication to our clients’ success, because we only win when they win. At eAccountable, we hold ourselves to the highest standard, driven by the pursuit of excellence across all services. Every strategy and action we take is informed by one goal: generating sustainable, profitable sales growth for the businesses we serve. We’re not just a vendor, we’re a true partner that shows up strategically and collaboratively, fully invested in the outcome.

What are the biggest benefits a client gets when working with your business and with which clients do you work best?

Affiliate and Content Commerce power each other: affiliate tracks and monetizes the relationships, content commerce drives high-intent placements in media and editorial, and Performance PR amplifies both by securing earned placements that also convert. Together they form a connected ecosystem that drives incremental revenue, improves full-funnel performance, and strengthens marketplace growth across retail platforms.

Tell us about your audience and demographic.

While we work with all types and sizes of businesses, our ideal client is mid-sized, with a strong focus on growth. Our top categories are beauty and personal care, health and wellness, fashion, sports & outdoors, home and garden and FinTech.

Truthfully, no one size fits all. We love working with passionate clients who like to test, who are committed to growth and are open to learning how the channel is evolving.

Do you have any requirements or restrictions to work with you?

We don’t have rigid requirements, but we do have standards for fit. Affiliate works best when the foundation is solid. We’ll be straight with you: if you’re launching a brand from scratch and don’t have the budget to support it with Performance PR, affiliate probably isn’t your best first move. You need visibility before you can build a partner network that works.

Affiliate is also not a quick-fix channel. It’s not a switch you flip on. A healthy affiliate program takes time to recruit the right partners, build trust with publishers, and scale sustainably. The brands that win in affiliate are the ones that commit to the channel as a long-term growth engine.

Any success stories you’d like to share?

We’ve won several US Partnership Awards for our work in Affiliate, largely attributed to our work in the content space. One client in particular, Splits59, has seen great success. We manage both their traditional affiliate program and their performance PR; that combination is what makes it work. Affiliate brings the attribution infrastructure and publisher relationships, while Performance PR brings the editorial credibility and brand narrative. Together, they deliver results neither channel can do alone.

Splits59 has built real brand equity over nearly two decades through strong editorial storytelling and wholesale partnerships. The challenge was the evolving media landscape: how do you participate in Affiliate-driven environments without letting coverage become overly promotional?

Our strategy led with editorial authority before the holiday season, focused on narrative-driven partnerships with Vogue and InStyle and a gift guide placement with The Cut that connected digital discovery to their SoHo pop-up. By Q4, organic inclusion followed naturally because the foundation was already there.

Any upcoming opportunities that you’d like to share?

We are excited to introduce our complimentary AI Visibility Assessment Audit to our clients. As AI-driven discovery reshapes how consumers find brands, this audit gives companies a clear, data-backed picture of where they stand within large language models relative to their competitors and a strategic roadmap to improve that visibility.

This is where our full-service approach becomes a decisive differentiator. We’re not just identifying gaps; we’re closing them. Our Affiliate and Performance PR capabilities drive authoritative placements and high-quality content signals that directly influence how LLMs surface and recommend brands. When combined with our broader growth strategy spanning SEO, GEO, Paid Media, and Data and Analytics, we deliver a connected execution engine that builds visibility at every layer of the funnel.

What makes your business stand out from your competitors and gives you the edge?

Our account managers average 10+ years of experience in affiliate and performance marketing. We bring relationships, pattern recognition, and strategic depth that only comes from doing this at a high level for a long time.

We also integrate SEO/GEO into how we think about affiliate and Performance PR, because publisher placements and earned media carry real organic value when executed intentionally.

Lastly, we don’t operate like an outside agency. Our clients describe us less like a vendor and more like a senior in-house hire who knows the landscape. They can call us, think out loud with us, and trust us to tell them the truth. That relationship is something we value and protect.

Thank you, eAccountable, for your support of the PMA!
