PMA Recap of Affiliate Summit West 2024

Members of the Performance Maketing Association were everywhere I looked at Affiliate Summit West in Vegas! With over 70 member companies at the conference, it was not hard to find the hundreds of members in attendance.

We kicked off the event with a Meet Market Table where employees from Spark Partnerships, Exclamation Marketing Solutions, Performance Marketing Manager, AvantLink, Lab6 Media, Dentsu, eAccountable, Goodsell Marketing, eBay, and Awin volunteered their time. In addition to passing out stickers and candy, we rolled out a brand new DSP One Sheet for download. Big thanks to Tye DeGrange and his team at Round Barn Labs for making that happen!

One of my favorite parts of working the booth is always connecting with current members. This year it was particularly rewarding to have so many non-members come up and tell us all of the things they had seen the PMA doing this year–from our webinars to our whitepapers to our events. We are making an impact on the industry!!

Tuesday morning we held a member cocktail brunch (photos to come soon!) with over 70 members in attendance. Thanks to our sponsors for their support!

Lastly, I moderated a “debate” between our President, Sarah Beeskow Blay, and our Vice-President, Jim Nichols, entitled “Are Toolbar Publishers the Heroes or Villains of Affiliate Marketing?” It was a great opportunity for us to take the feedback and research from the last year and present all sides of the toolbar issues. We also got some great questions from the audience to help us continue the discussion even further this year.

I cannot thank Clarion enough for their continued support of the PMA, including helping us with our booth, panels, member tickets, and more. Affiliate Summit is always an incredibly important event for our organization, and I am appreciative of the opportunities it presents!
