PMA Illinois Lawsuit Victory Upheld!
FollowWe are ecstatic to announce that the Illinois Supreme Court upheld the circuit court ruling that the state’s Affiliate Nexus Tax law is unconstitutional. We won our lawsuit again!
We’re waiting for more information from our legal team on next steps, such as when the law is officially rescinded. Stay tuned!
