2019 Outlook + Making a Game Plan
(Special thanks to the Coupons and Deals Council and its chair Larissa Feuerstein for this post!)
Say hello 2019! We want to help you ring in the new year with a complete outlook so you can hit the ground running. Timing is everything and you’ll want to be well prepared for each season and holiday well before they arrive. We’ve put together a list of important dates so you can plan ahead.
Does an entire year of planning seem overwhelming? If so, start smaller by planning for each quarter. You can list out the dates you want to create special promotions or campaigns for and go from there. It would also be helpful to create quarterly goals that you’d like your company to achieve. For example, what’s a revenue amount you’d like to hit? Or maybe your number of clients? How about new features you’d like to implement? If you have specific goals and numbers in mind, you’ll work even harder to reach them by your set deadline.
