Bios:

Ashleigh Arnaud, IntegriShield

I’m excited to be considered for the PMA Board of Directors. As Vice President at IntegriShield, I’ve had the chance to get involved with the PMA’s Compliance Council, but I’m looking to take that involvement to the next level and contribute even more to the industry.

I’ve been working in performance marketing for years, with a focus on affiliate management, search arbitrage, compliance, and strategy. I’m passionate about helping our industry grow and evolve, especially as businesses face tighter budgets and bigger expectations. I want to work with the PMA to make sure we’re advocating for performance marketers, staying ahead of legislative changes, and creating opportunities for growth.

Promoting best practices and compliance is also really important to me. It’s a fast-moving industry, and we need to make sure businesses have the tools and resources to stay on top of changes while still being able to make a profit. I’m eager to help the PMA continue its work in educating and guiding the community on these standards.

One of the best parts of being involved with the PMA is the opportunity to connect with others in the industry. I’d love to help create even more chances for collaboration and knowledge-sharing, whether through webinars, workshops, or informal discussions. We’re stronger together, and I want to be a part of fostering that sense of community.

Lastly, I think it’s important to raise awareness of just how valuable performance marketing is. I want to help demonstrate its impact to advertisers and stakeholders, showing them why investing in this space is smart business.

I’m confident that my experience in performance marketing and my passion for advocating for the industry would make me a strong addition to the PMA Board, and I’m excited for the opportunity to contribute.

Joey Asleson, Team Bespoke

I believe that I would be a great fit for the PMA Board of Directors. As a passionate marketer with extensive experience in affiliate, performance, and partnership marketing, I am excited to bring a fresh, dynamic perspective. Serving on the Industry Advancement Council, I’ve made it my mission to infuse new energy into our space and broaden its appeal as the industry evolves. The Board needs forward-thinking leaders to bridge the gap between traditional methods and the innovative trends shaping our future.

My career journey spans networks, brands, and agencies, giving me a holistic view of the affiliate ecosystem. I have helped create strategic campaigns, launch partnerships, and navigate the complex monetization process for various brands. My background in advertising, public relations, and marketing has equipped me to understand both the business and human aspects of our industry.

Beyond my professional roles, I actively engage with the PMA and the broader community. I’ve shared insights at panels and events, contributing to key resources like the new Affiliate glossary and a standardized Publisher Media Kit template. These tools empower newcomers to quickly make an impact in the partnership ecosystem.

I aim to champion the evolution of our industry from traditional ‘Affiliate’ models to today’s vibrant ‘Partnership’ ecosystem. This includes integrating technology, public relations, video, and creator—elements that make our channel so dynamic and ever-changing. My strong relationships with industry veterans and support for emerging leaders reflect my belief that our future lies in fostering collaboration and innovation.

I bring fresh energy, a new face, and valuable insights that will drive the PMA Board forward. My commitment to advancing the industry and my passion for the people I work with fuel my drive to contribute. I am ready to help guide our community into a bright future. Together, let’s ensure our channel thrives for years to come!

Known for finding creative solutions, he values ideas from everyone, ensuring all perspectives are considered. Scott’s commitment to preparation means he’s always ready to face challenges thoughtfully and effectively. Electing Scott to the PMA board means choosing a leader and partner who fosters collaboration and drives positive, lasting impact for the organization.

Jeannine Crooks, Sled Dog Consulting LLC

I’ve been honored to serve the members of the PMA on the Board of Directors for the last four years. Now I’m excited to serve one more time, for my third and final term on the Board. I’m so proud of the growth we have achieved as an organization, and I want to continue providing the support our Councils and members deserve though the many challenges our industry faces.

From AI to Google Knowledge Centers, industry consolidation to new FTC rules and requirements, I believe it’s more important than ever for the PMA to support our industry members in every way possible. Sometimes that involves training or networking, other times it’s White Papers or Webinars; whatever it is, I believe our purpose as an organization is to help our members achieve the greatest success possible in our wonderful industry.

For those I haven’t met, I’ve been in affiliate marketing since the late 90’s. I’ve been an affiliate, merchant, vendor, with an affiliate network twice, and now own my own small agency, Sled Dog Consulting, so named because we have two Siberian Huskies we take sled dog racing.

After nearly 26 years in the industry, I can still proudly say that I love affiliate marketing and the people working within it more than ever. I remain committed to supporting each and every industry member to the fullest of my abilities. I would be grateful for your vote enabling me to serve a final two years on the Board and continue serving the community I adore.

Kerry Curran, RBMA: Revenue Based Marketing Advisors

Thank you for the opportunity to apply for a board position with the Performance Marketing Association (the PMA). With over 20 years in digital marketing, business development, and executive leadership, I am excited to bring my expertise to support the PMA’s mission. I have held strategic and executive roles with leading agencies, including iProspect, Digitas, GroupM, and Gen3, where I built relationships with senior marketers and drove results through thought leadership, education, and networking. I have also participated on local non-profit boards and am currently the President of the PTO for my daughter’s school.

Affiliate marketing is at a pivotal moment, intersecting with ecommerce, influencer marketing, martech innovations, and data-driven strategies. My vision for the PMA includes: 1) expanding brand engagement by fostering relationships with brand advertisers and providing targeted, curated content and events; 2) enhancing the PMA’s industry influence to secure a greater share of media budgets for affiliate marketing; and 3) driving data innovation by leveraging affiliate customer data to inform other digital channels. I also aim to elevate the PMA’s educational impact by developing targeted master classes and workshops for brand-side marketers.

My contributions to the affiliate marketing industry include serving as a panelist, keynote speaker, and emcee at events such as Affiliate Summit, AWIN Think Tank, and impact.com’s iPx. I was also a guest on Impact’s The Partnership Economy podcast. As the founder of RBMA: Revenue Based Marketing Advisors and host of Revenue Boost: A Marketing Podcast, I work with executives to emphasize the importance of marketing for sustainable growth. I look forward to bringing this perspective to the PMA board to grow membership and amplify industry impact. Thank you, Kerry

Jake Fuller, JEBCommerce

Hi, I’m Jake. I’ve been in the digital marketing industry for the past 14 years ranging from agency work, lead generation efforts, and more recently, B2C Agency representation and affiliate strategy at JEBCommerce.

The PMA has been such a blessing for me as I’ve always believed that our channel has enough room for us all. While friendly competition is necessary, I’ve always held true to being an open book and that when we help educate, train, and involve others – we all win! It’s a reason I love being apart of the PMA.

Back in January of 2024 I took over JEBCommerce as Owner and CEO while our founder, Jamie, stepped down. In a short timeframe I have focused heavily on creating more accessible content for the industry, joining as many events as possible, and re-vamping the agency with new ideas that have led to consistent growth and 2 new industry awards in 2024 and countless new connections.

While my involvement in the PMA is more recent, I have continued to look at ways I can be more valuable to the industry, and to the PMA, and would love your consideration as a new Board of Directors member.
My goal is simple – use the position to continue sharing my knowledge, resources, and time to leave a positive impact on our industry. I’d bring a fresh perspective to how the PMA offers membership levels, benefits, and overall messaging to attract new members and always have an open mind to trying new things. Our industry thrives when our brightest minds work together for a common goal and I’d love to join many of you in which I would love to learn from along the way.

Either way – I’m always here (board or not) to lean on for additional exposure, ideas, and resources if I can be of any help – I truly love what everyone has been doing and being involved this year has only left me more excited for the future of our industry and the PMA.

Have a fantastic day – and Thanks again for reading through my entry. Now go kick some ass in Q4 to round out your year!
