What are you most excited about now that you are a PMA member?
Audiohook is so excited to become a part of the performance marketing industry, getting more and more ingrained with this ecosystem which is designed to celebrate partnerships and innovation. The PMA is an integral part of this and works to continue connecting people and moving the industry forward.
What is your company all about and how does it work?
Audiohook is the first and only true CPA partner bringing podcasting, streaming radio, and digital audio into the affiliate ecosystem at scale. We take a top of funnel channel to bottom of funnel on a pay for performance model. Audiohook funds and runs the media on the brand’s behalf and only bills on conversions it can confidently attribute to its ads. Campaigns run across major media platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, iHeart, Pandora, SiriusXM, and others, with all media bought programmatically and dynamically inserted to reach users at scale.
What are the biggest benefits a client gets when working with your business and with which clients do you work best?
Audiohook gives brands a low-risk way to test and scale audio with measurable outcomes instead of paying upfront for awareness alone. Audiohook is the first and only true CPA partner bringing podcasting, streaming radio, and digital audio into the affiliate ecosystem at scale. Brands set a fixed CPA, Audiohook funds and runs the media, and billing only happens on validated conversions. The channel is measured with real-time conversion-level visibility and optimized with user-level targeting across the full audio ecosystem. And because there is a podcast for everyone, we are vertical agnostic and can work with advertisers across a spectrum of different industries.
Tell us about your audience and demographic.
Brands looking to utilize audio advertising in a performance based fashion, agencies looking for new and exciting partnerships for the brands they manage, and networks who we can further integrate our tech into.
Do you have any requirements or restrictions to work with you?
Audiohook works across many advertiser verticals (D2C, B2B, subscription brands), but the best fit should fall into the below dimensions:
-The conversion event is trackable and meaningful (purchase, subscription start, lead form fill).
-A baseline volume to support optimization learning: 3,000-5,000 monthly conversions and at least 100,000 page views.
-Has a clear definition of success and can act on the learnings (creative iteration, CPA adjustments, geo strategy).
-A flat rate, fixed CPA must be allowed.
Measurement Approach
Advertisers should be open to performance measurement beyond last-click attribution, recognizing Audiohook as a clickless channel.
Spend Cap Minimum
Advertisers must be comfortable with a minimum monthly budget of $10,000. While Audiohook operates on a pay-for-performance model and does not guarantee spend, this ensures sufficient scale to drive meaningful results. You will only pay for performance.
Commission Policy
Commission reversals are not supported, including for canceled orders or attribution disputes. Audiohook’s AI-driven attribution model is designed to accurately credit only the conversions we influence, accounting for factors like duplication and cancellations upfront.
Campaign Commitment & Conversion Window
Campaigns require a minimum 30-day run period, followed by a 30-day conversion window to capture performance from prior media exposure. If a campaign is ended after the initial 30 days, media delivery stops immediately, while conversion data may continue to accrue during the attribution window. A minimum of 3 days’ notice is required to pause campaigns.
What makes your business stand out from your competitors and gives you the edge?
Traditional podcast advertising is usually CPM-based, show-based, and often host-read, which means advertisers pay upfront for impressions and hope the campaign performs. Audiohook removes that upfront media risk, operating on a true CPA model. We fund and run the media ourselves, optimize the campaign in real time, and bill only on conversions we can confidently attribute to audio.
