What is your company all about and how does it work?
At xpflow, we’re all about making performance marketing work smarter, not harder. The space has become increasingly complex with dozens of tools, platforms, and moving pieces, and too often that complexity gets in the way of creativity and growth. Our mission is to simplify how performance marketers operate so they can focus on what they do best: building campaigns that move the needle.
The way xpflow works is by automating the 90 percent of affiliate program tasks that typically eat up your week—outreach, onboarding, compliance, optimization, and payouts. We built it to adapt to how reality actually works, using advanced AI and live contextual learning to turn every repetitive task into an intelligent, guided action that feels almost human. That means less time stuck in your inbox or jumping between tools, and more time spent on strategy, relationships, and the creative spark that drives real growth.
At the end of the day, we believe performance marketing should feel exciting and innovative, not overwhelming. xpflow is here to take the friction out of the process and give marketers back the time and energy to focus on what matters most.
What are your core business values?
At our core, we value simplicity, creativity, and trust. Performance marketing doesn’t have to feel complicated or overwhelming, and we believe the best results come when people are free to focus on strategy and ideas instead of getting buried in busywork. That’s why we’re obsessed with simplifying the process and cutting through the noise.
We also value creativity and curiosity. Marketing at its best is about trying new things, exploring what’s possible, and finding smarter ways to connect. xpflow is built to unlock more time and energy for marketers to experiment, innovate, and push the industry forward.
Finally, we believe in trust and transparency. Performance marketing is an ecosystem, and long-term success depends on strong relationships and clear communication. Whether it’s with our partners, peers, or customers, we hold ourselves accountable and aim to create an environment where collaboration and growth can thrive.
What are the biggest benefits a client gets when working with your business and with which clients do you work best?
The biggest benefit clients get from working with xpflow is time. By automating the 90 percent of repetitive affiliate program tasks that normally eat up hours every week, we give teams the freedom to focus on strategy, partnerships, and creative problem-solving. That extra time compounds into better decision-making, stronger relationships, and ultimately better performance.
Another benefit is clarity. Instead of juggling a dozen tools and spreadsheets, clients get one clear flow of data, insights, and actions that makes sense in the context of their work. That simplicity allows teams to move faster, stay aligned, and make smarter decisions without getting bogged down.
We work best with clients who are growth-minded and ready to scale. This includes brands, networks, and agencies who want to expand their affiliate programs without drowning in operational work. These are teams that know the value of efficiency and trust that the right automation frees them up to do what they do best: building strategies and relationships that drive real impact.
Tell us about your audience and demographic.
Our audience is made up of performance marketers who are driven by growth and impact. They are the people responsible for running affiliate programs, managing partnerships, and scaling campaigns, often across multiple platforms and markets. What unites them is the challenge of juggling countless moving pieces while still being expected to deliver results quickly.
Demographically, our clients range from lean startup teams that want to scale without adding headcount to established brands, networks, and agencies that manage large affiliate programs with high expectations. They are tech-savvy, results-oriented, and always looking for smarter ways to work. What they all share is a desire to spend less time on manual tasks and more time on the strategic and creative work that moves their business forward.
At the heart of it, our audience is made up of marketers who see performance marketing not just as a channel but as a driver of growth. They value efficiency, clarity, and innovation, and xpflow gives them the space to bring those values to life.
Do you have any requirements or restrictions to work with you?
We keep our requirements simple because our goal is to make performance marketing more accessible, not more complicated. The only real “requirement” is that a client is ready to embrace automation and open to working in a smarter, more streamlined way.
We don’t restrict ourselves to any one industry or company size. xpflow is built to adapt, whether you’re a startup running lean or an established brand managing a large affiliate program. What matters most is mindset. The clients who see the best results are the ones who are growth-oriented and motivated to scale without getting bogged down in repetitive work.
In short, if you’re looking to run an affiliate program that feels less like busywork and more like a driver of growth, you’re a great fit for xpflow.
What makes your business stand out from your competitors and gives you the edge?
What sets xpflow apart is that we go beyond basic automation. A lot of tools in the space can take a single task and make it faster, but they still leave marketers juggling a dozen platforms and processes. xpflow is built to handle the entire flow of affiliate program management from outreach and onboarding to compliance, optimization, and payouts. That end-to-end approach is what makes us different.
Another edge is the intelligence built into our platform. xpflow doesn’t just repeat tasks at scale, it uses advanced AI and live contextual learning to adapt to the way real work happens. That means every action feels guided, intuitive, and almost human. Instead of adding more complexity, xpflow reduces it, and that gives teams a level of clarity and efficiency that competitors cannot match.
For example, a brand that is expanding into new markets can use xpflow to onboard dozens of new partners in a fraction of the time it would normally take. Instead of their team getting buried in spreadsheets and compliance checks, the platform handles the heavy lifting and delivers insights they can act on right away. The result is a faster launch, stronger relationships with partners, and more momentum for growth.
At the core, what gives us the edge is our belief that performance marketing should feel exciting rather than overwhelming. By removing friction and giving time back to marketers, we help them do more than manage programs. We help them unlock growth.
Thank you, xpflow, for your support of the PMA!
